So here's the question, was getting out of college all that it was cracked up to be? In the last few years, I've gotten to talk to many of you about the "post Austin" world and I hear that it wasn't quite what you thought it'd be.
For some of you, you've faced some pretty serious responsibilities. You've gotten married or you've taken your dream job. For others of you, you are still trying to figure out the shape your life is going to take. But for many of you, we believe that you can look back on your time at UT with a fair amount of nostalgia.
We also hope that you look back on your time at Texas as being a spiritually significant time. And perhaps you had the chance to be involved with the ministry of RUF while you were there.
Remember the late night Ultimate games on Clark field?
Remember listening to Bill and wondering if his hair came that way or if it was some type of cap?
Remember the small group you joined where you understood God's Word in a way in which you never had before?
Do you remember staying up late and talking with roommates and friends about God and what you really believed?
Well, the truth is: we remember it too....and sometimes we hear your name mentioned from some of your younger friends. OR we see you in town with your new "significant other." OR we get a birth announcement about your new little one. And we get so excited to hear from you again.
So this site is our first attempt to keep in touch with all of you. We believe that for many of you, you miss your time with RUF at Texas and long for some of the influences that worked on you during your years here.
So we wanted to start a site that would deal specifically with the issues surrounding alumni who have just left UT in the last few years. Obviously, we can't do much, but we hope in the coming months to put some things together.
We are now offering every RUF sermon online for downloading.
We have posted a reading list for those of you who are wanting to read more about the principles you learned while in RUF.

We also are in talks with RUF National about getting an National Alumni Retreat together in the very near future so you can reunite with many of your old friends.
